My Story - I’m Emily, baker, owner, and heart behind Beloved Bakery.

I’ve always had a special place in my heart for baked goods. But also, who doesn’t? Since adding sourdough to some of my classic recipes, I’ve found a way to cherish those beloved treats while also nurturing my gut health - and I can’t wait to share them all with you.

With over six years of experience in food and retail management, coupled with leadership roles in healthcare, I’ve gained the skills to run my own business in a way that serves both the community and myself. Outside of Beloved Bakery, I work in an office setting Monday - Friday and dedicate my Fridays to baking loaves and cookies from the moment I step into my house after work all the way to pickup/delivery Saturday!

I can’t wait to embark on this journey with you. I’m looking forward to participating in upcoming markets and events, bringing you nutritious, gut-friendly sourdough that adds a special touch to every occasion.
